Replacement Window
* We offer replacement within 3 days from the date of delivery.
* Requests raised after 3 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
* A clear unboxing video is compulsory for any replacement request.
* The video must:
* Start before opening the sealed package
* Clearly show the shipping label
* Capture the full unboxing without cuts or edits
* Unboxing photos must also be shared along with the video.
* You receive a damaged product
* You receive a defective item
* You receive a wrong product
* The product must be unused and in original condition
* All original packaging, tags, boxes, and accessories must be intact
* Items without original packaging will not be eligible
Replacement will not be provided in the following cases:
* No unboxing video available
* Product used or damaged after delivery
* Minor color or design variation (due to lighting or screen differences)
* Requests made after the 3-day window
1. Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery.
2. Share your Order ID, unboxing video, and clear photos.
3. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same product.
* We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.
* Only replacement for eligible cases will be provided.
